Trip to Shriner’s Hospital in Shreveport
On Thursday March 27th, 2006, a group representing both the Southern Style Cruisers and Cenla Kustom Cruisers visited the Shriner’s hospital in Shreveport to present a check to the Shriners in the amount of $10,000. This check represents the money raised by the 1st Annual Cenla Hotrod Reunion. Several members drove or trailered their cars to Shreveport for a cruise to the hostpital. Many of the kids were allowed to sit in the cars and take pictures in their favorite one. We were given a tour of the facility and I must say I was amazed at what was accomplished both at the Shreveport hospital and at all of the twenty-two hospitals with funding coming wholely from personal and public donations. It was also amazing to see the smiles on the kids faces.

2006 Spring Nationals – Baytown, Tx.
Ok everyone. I’ve posted a few of the pictures from the 2006 Spring Nationals in the photo gallery. Everyone had a great time, even if most of us ended up looking like lobsters.
Who all went? Johnny, Dale, SJ, Billy, Micko, Rick H, Joe, Steven, Clay, Kerry, and Brandon.
To all those who didn’t go: Too Bad. You missed a “shockingly” good time!
